Inayat Nadat of Nadat Solicitors is a member of Resolution, an organisation committed to fair solutions for all parties in family disputes, without any winners or losers. Resolution members follow a Code of Practice that puts the interests of all family members, especially children, first.

Inayat is also a Resolution Accredited Specialist Family Lawyer with specialist areas in Children (Private Law) and Domestic Abuse. This accreditation recognises specialist family lawyers who have a proven track record in family law and specialise in particular areas of family law. The accreditation process is rigorous in order to maintain Resolution’s high standards.

We are based in Dewsbury but work for clients throughout the region. We also hold a Legal Aid contract with the Legal Aid Agency (LAA) to provide family law services.
