Inayat Nadat is the founding Solicitor of Nadat Solicitors. Graduating from De Montfort University (Leicester) with an LL.B Hons degree in law and from Huddersfield University with a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Inayat returned back to his local roots having been born and bred in the area.
With over ten years experience in legal practice and predominantly in family law, with experience ranging from various Family Proceedings Courts, County Courts, High Court and the Court of Appeal with experience in several areas of family / matrimonial law. Inayat decided the time was now right to establish his own practice with particular emphasis on his family law practice.
Inayat became a member of the organisation Resolution (previously known as SFLA) having been nominated to become a member, under the old rules and constitution, by two well known local solicitors. Inayat has since gone on a become a Resolution Accredited Specialist in Private Law Children Cases and Domestic Violence Applications and is believed to be the first local Asian solicitor to acquire such a status. Inayat has practiced from Dewsbury and Bradford and is now well established and practicising predominatly from his Dewsbury base for clients from within the local regions as well as and as far a field as London, Birmingham, Derby. Leicester, Nottingham and Scarborough.
